Shipping & Returns
Processing time is the period in which we verify your order and package your product for shipment. This process is usually completed within 24 hours.
Payment verification may occasionally increase processing time, especially if making payment by electronic check or shipping to a location outside the United States.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or on the following holidays:
- January 1 - New Year's Day
- January 18 - Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday
- February 15 - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
- May 31 - Memorial Day
- July 4 - Independence Day
- September 6 - Labor Day
- October 11 - Columbus Day
- November 11 - Veterans Day
- November 25 - Thanksgiving Day
- December 25 - Christmas Day

At Game Citadel we proudly stand behind all of our products. We warranty all of our items for 90-days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the item price, after 14 days items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the reason for your return is due to our error and you are 'exchanging' an item you can request a Shipping credit.
